Once the pride of OCP, now a chicken-selling machine.
Over the last few years, KFC has featured a revolving roster of Colonel Sanders actors, including Reba McEntire, Norm MacDonald and Jason Alexander. But today they've revealed the new protector of the Colonel's mix of 11 herbs and spices, and he's none other than the main character of Paul Verhoeven's 1987 sci-fi classic, RoboCop. Colonel RoboCop that is.
We can all rest easy knowing the Colonel’s out there—scanning the streets for KFC $5 Fill Ups made with all-white meat and keeping the hungry full with delicious fried chicken.
But wait! It gets even better! KFC has shot three hilarious commercials featuring Detroit’s finest that'll have you saying, “I’d buy that for a dollar.”
Totally unrelated, but this has us very excited for whatever Neill Blomkamp is creating with RoboCop Returns.
