Preview Bear McCreary's Score For The New 'Child’s Play'

The folks at Orion Pictures have been making some great choices lately regarding their upcoming Child's Play remake. first they cast Mark Hamill to voice Chucky and today they've announced Bear McCreary ("The Walking Dead") will be composing the film's score! Get your first taste below!


McCreary has built quite an impressive resume over the years, composing the scores for God of War, 10 Cloverfield Lane, Happy Death Day, Hell Fest and the upcoming Godzilla: King of the Monsters.


The new Child’s Play follows a mother who gives her son a toy doll for his birthday, unaware of its more sinister nature.


Directed by Lars Klevberg, the film stars stars Aubrey Plaza ("Parks and Recreation") as Karen, Emmy and Tony nominee Brian Tyree Henry ("Atlanta") as Mike and Gabriel Bateman (Lights Out) as Andy.
