Richmond, Virginia thrashers Municipal Waste released their sixth studio album Slime And Punishment to rave reviews in 2017, and have been busy kicking ass ever since - the guys have been wrecking stages in countless countries across the globe, with their killer live show. This week the band have another string to add to their bow, as they've announced a 16-date European and UK tour this winter, with support lined up from fellow thrash maniacs Toxic Holocaust, Enforcer and Skeletal Remains.
Let's hope this tour makes its way stateside, as I'd love to see Municipal Waste and Toxic Holocaust in the same night!
Tony Foresta from Municipal Waste commented, "Many Christmases ago, I went to buy a doll for my son. I reached for the last one they had, but so did another man. As I rained blows upon, I realized there had to be another way. This tour will hopefully bring forth a new kind of winter cheer. Something for the rest of us."
And Olof Wikstrand from Enforcer added, "The pioneers of old school thrash metal and the pioneers of old school heavy metal unite in one tour. We are super stoked to bring together the kings of the underground!"
