[Trailer] Blumhouse Puts A Horror Spin On The Classic TV Series With 'Fantasy Island'

Blumhouse and Sony are taking us on a trip to Fantasy Island on Valentine's Day for a new horror twist on the ABC TV series that originally ran from 1977-1984.

Today brings the arrival of the film's official trailer, which sees the mysterious island's guests being forced to endure twisted versions of their deepest fantasies.

In Fantasy Island, the enigmatic Mr. Roarke (Michael Peña) makes the secret dreams of his lucky guests come true at a luxurious but remote tropical resort. But when the fantasies turn into nightmares, the guests have to solve the island’s mystery in order to escape with their lives.

Directed by Jeff Wadlow (Truth or Dare), Fantasy Island is written by Wadlow, Chris Roach, and Jillian Jacobs.

The film also stars Maggie Q, Lucy Hale, Austin Stowell, Portia Doubleday, Jimmy O. Yang, Ryan Hansen, and Michael Rooker.
