The Horror Collective To Release Dark Thriller 'Greenlight' In February

The Horror Collective, a new domestic acquisition/distribution label founded by producer Shaked Berenson and former Dread Central Editor-in-Chief Jonathan Barkan, will be releasing the award-winning thriller Greenlight on February 25th, 2020 on VOD and digital platforms.


The rights to director Graham Denman’s debut feature were picked up after its world premiere at Shriekfest Horror Film Festival where it won Best Thriller Feature Film and Best Male Performance in a Feature Film (Chase Williamson).


In the film, a director’s dream job quickly descends into a nightmare when he is forced to film a real-life murder.


Greenlight stars Chase Williamson (Beyond the GatesJohn Dies at the End), Shane Coffey ("Pretty Little Liars", Starry Eyes), Caroline Williams (Texas Chainsaw Massacre IITales of Halloween), Nicole Alexandra Shipley (Guardians of the GalaxyAll Saints Eve), Evanne Friedmann (As Night ComesDeath’s Gambit), Victor Turpin (MaBnB HELL), Craig Stark (The Hateful EightOnce Upon a Time in Hollywood), and Chris Browning (BrightAngel Has Fallen).


The film is written by Patrick R Young (BastardMy Teacher, My Obsession) and produced by Rudy Scalese (Going To Pieces: The Rise and Fall of the Slasher FilmCasa De Mi PadreCeremony).


The film was financed by Talk Story Pictures and executive produced by Greg Blunden, Pamela Blunden, and Phil Malaspina.
