'Terrifier' Returns To VHS This Week With New Variant Artwork

January 14, 2020

Early last year, the folks at Broke Horror Fan and Witter Entertainment partnered up with DREAD to release Damien Leone's fan favorite Terrifier on Limited Edition VHS, which quickly sold out, leaving fans begging for a restock.

Well, we're happy to let you Art the Clown lovers and tapeheads know that this Friday (January 17th) at 12PM EST, Witter will be restocking the Terrifier VHS. Even better, there will be a special "bloody" variant (below right) available, created by artist Vasilis Zikos!

The new variant will be limited to 50 copies on the Witter Entertainment site. The standard edition (below left) will be restocked while supplies last. Once they're gone, but if you happen to be in Mystic Connecticut for Wicked Weekend on February 21st - 23rd, the company will have some on hand, otherwise it won't be returning to the lineup anytime soon.

Terrifier on VHS includes exclusive extras, like a wonderful letter from director Damien Leone and tape-only intro from Art the Clown himself, David Howard Thornton. It's presented in 4:3 aspect ratio to really nail that throwback VCR movie-night feel.
